After weeks of prayerful preparation and a massive social media and celebrity build-up, including hype and promotion by popular Nigerian musicians and Nollywood personalities, the much awaited Moses Bliss concert and album release titled “Bliss Experience” took place on Sunday, May 16, 2021 at the Congress Hall of the prestigious, Transcorp Hilton in Abuja, Nigeria.
The event which featured ministrations and support from an all star ensemble of Nigerian gospel music heavyweights including Eben, Frank Edwards Ada Ehi, Prospa Ochimana, Joe Praize, Samsong, Steve Crown, Tim Godfrey, Solomon Lange and many others was described as an unforgettable experience as fans were treated to some new, and other favorite songs such as “Faithful”, “Bigger Everyday” and “You I life For”.
Describing the event, a fan called it “a mind-blowing convergence of the word in songs, worship and a tangible presence of the Spirit”. Speaking about his drive for the project, an excited Moses said, “We are tired of polluted airwaves. We want to saturate the airwaves with healthy gospel music”. When asked about “Too Faithful”, Moses said, “I really want to appreciate God and the Holy Spirit for inspiring me to receive this song that changed my life, I got this song in the place of prayer as I was reminded of this Scripture – Psalms 119:90 ‘His faithfulness is unto all generations…’”.
Moses became a fan-favorite for Christians across the world following his hit singles “Too Faithful” and “You I live for”, and was a recipient of multiple awards at the 2020 edition of the prestigious Loveworld International Music Awards, including the “Song of The Year”.
The event was sold out as fans came in numbers in support of their favorite gospel minister.
