Ada Ehi to Perform in Zimbabwe

There’s great news for Zimbabwean fans of Nigerian gospel music sensation Ada as she announced her visit to Zimbabwe on her social media handles. The announcement was greeted with much excitement among her fans.

According to Ada Ehi, the opportunity to minister in Zimbabwe is a result of God’s grace, as she expressed her excitement about the upcoming show. Ada’s trip to Zimbabwe is courtesy of online music and arts promoter Gateway Stream Music and she will share the stage with local artists such as Everton Mlalazi, Janet Manyowa, and Michael Mahendere, among others.

Speaking about the event, Pride Khumbula, the corporate affairs and quality manager for Rainbow Tourism Group, stated that bringing international artists such as Ada Ehi to Zimbabwe will help the local music industry to grow and provide opportunities for collaborations.

The organizers of Nigerian gospel singer Ada Ehi’s upcoming concert in Zimbabwe have promised to provide a safe environment for concertgoers amid reports of rogue bouncers causing trouble at live events. According to Pride Khumbula, the corporate affairs and quality manager for Rainbow Tourism Group, the organizers are working with relevant authorities such as the Zimbabwe Republic Police to ensure a secure environment for gospel music lovers to enjoy the concert.

Khumbula also revealed that they are closely working with Ada Ehi’s management to enable the artist to meet and greet her fans. The concert, is scheduled for May 6 at the Harare International Conference Centre.

Tickets for the show are already on sale, and the response has been overwhelming, according to Khumbula. The show is expected to provide local artists with the opportunity to share the same stage with an internationally acclaimed artist, create relationships, and have opportunities for collaborations. This, according to Khumbula, will help the local industry to grow and tap into the vast experience Ada Ehi brings with her.

The itinerary for the show is expected to be revealed next week, and Ada Ehi is expected to stay in Zimbabwe for three days, arriving early for her performance. Fans of the gospel music sensation are excited about the upcoming concert and are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to see her perform live in Zimbabwe.

The gospel musician, who started her career as a backup singer at the age of 10, has gained increasing popularity since signing with Loveworld Records in 2009. Her song “Only You” was listed as one of the 20 most viewed songs of the decade from Nigeria in 2019, and she recently received her first YouTube plaques for reaching one million subscribers on the platform.
