Renowned Christian DJ and world record holder, DJ Horphuray, has released a new project, ‘The Only EP’. The EP features an incredible list of artists including Echow Clay, Nina Shezz, Folabi Nuel, Tobi Toun, and Emandiong, and features a remix of the hit song ‘Only’, which originally featured Afrospel sensation Marizu, and was released in 2022 to great acclaim.
Describing the EP as an Afro-Bounce set that narrates the love God has for His children, DJ Horphuray stated that “We love Him Only because He first loved us”. The project includes five tracks, with each song featuring a unique lineup of artists, making for a refreshing listening experience.
One of the standout features of the EP is the remix of ‘Only’, which features Tobi Toun, a phenomenal recording rapper and spoken word artist, and Glochi, an outstanding music producer in the United Kingdom. The combination of these two artists results in a completely unique sound.
The ‘Only Special Version’ sees Folabi Nuel, who is popularly referred to as the Nigerian Travis Greene, and Emandiong delivering an unforgettable performance. ‘Only Redefined’ features Echow Clay and Nina Shezz, two amazing Nigerian singers who put their own spin on the song, while the EP closes with ‘Only Remake’, which sees Abuja-based recording artist Paul Rarity and Port Harcourt’s finest Afro-soul artist, NessA, delivering an impressive performance.
