- Eben’s real name is Emmanuel Benjamin, hence the name “E-BEN”.
- Eben initially started out in music as a rapper mentored by his older brother, before redirecting his energy to singing. Before his debut as a solo artiste, he spent some time as a studio back up singer and during this time he developed his afro-pop-, hip-hop-, and dance-influenced sound.
- He launched his own faith and worship-based performance career in 2007, debuting with his first album titled “On the Rock”, which featured the songs “Imaranma,” “God Dey,” and “I Don Hammer.”
- The award winning music minister is one of Nigeria’s most notable and accomplished gospel artists of all time and has garnered accolades from across the world. Eben’s hit songs include, “You Alone are Worthy”, “Stayed on You”, “Victory” and “All The Way”.
