Neville D Releases New Project ‘Behind The Scenes’

South African Dove Award Winner and Grammy Nominated songwriter Neville D has released a brand new song titled “Behind the scenes”. The song features Brian Temba, Lebohang Kgapola and Vally Evaton.

According to the artist, the song ‘Behind the scenes’ talks about God fighting for you behind the scenes. He took to Instagram to publicize the song; while talking about the song, he said, “I wrote the song at a time in my life where I was in the middle of a battle that I really felt I was losing. Crying out to God and asking why he wouldn’t help and stand up for me, knowing that I was clearly right and the next person was completely wrong,” says Neville D. “One morning as I woke up, I clearly heard God say to me that I needed to stop this fight, otherwise if I continued, I would cause more harm to myself as well as the other person. He said to me, “Let me fight this battle for you”. I needed to step out of the way because I was in my own way AND I was in God’s way.”

Neville D is a South African pastor, songwriter, producer and speaker best known for his hit song “How Awesome Is Our God” which he co-wrote with his friend and music icon Israel Houghton, he’s also known for his gospel music which includes such albums as “Calling My Name”, “Until the Whole World Knows”, The Back to Church Project and Songs of Deliverance. Phil Thompson’s “Only Risen King” Hits The Airwaves

Following a long wait, and a series of teasers American gospel artist Phil Thomson has finally released his brand-new song and video titled “Only Risen king”.

The song which hit the airwaves and stores on Friday 25th June is described by the artiste as braggadocios in a hip hop kind of way but the boast is about the father, and not man.

Taking to his social media to make the announcement, Phil said, “There’s a boldness that comes with knowing who you are, and there’s also a boldness in knowing your identity in him, but my favorite type of boldness is the boldness that comes from standing on his word. That type of boldness and confidence is unbreakable when you understand the nature of our father and how lying is not in his make up.

He went on to say, “The point of this song is to be in your face Sorry…, but not sorry.

June 24 – Avail Yourself of His Power In You

And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power (Ephesians 1:19).

That’s what Paul was talking about. He wants you to come to the point where you know that the power of God is available for your use, for your application in the “now” of your life. He wants you to have the knowledge and be conscious that it’s the power of God that’s working in our behalf. That’s the power He demonstrated when He raised Jesus from the dead.

The second part of the opening scripture talks about the authority that we have in Him. Verses 22 and 23 says, “And hath put all things under his (Jesus’) feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all” (Ephesians 1:22-23). That’s us! He’s letting you know the power of your authority in Christ Jesus.

When you come to understand that you have His dominion, His all-encompassing and unlimited authority, you’ll never be afraid of Satan, man, or anything. You’d think and talk like David who said, “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil…” (Psalm 23:4). “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?…Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear…” (Psalm 27:1, 3). Hallelujah!

CONFESSION

I’m seated with Christ in the place of power, in a position of authority. I have His dominion—all-encompassing and unlimited authority. Fear has no place in me, for the Lord Jesus has given me complete authority over Satan and his cohorts. I’ve been designed to rule the earth for the glory of God. Hallelujah!
