PROJECT SIX IN SIX

Water, the Elixir of Life.

Since the beginning of time water has been honored as sacred; people celebrated water with songs and prayers were made while collecting water from local springs. People of old were wise enough and connected to the elements that supported and sustained life.

Water has been proven over and over again to be the most important element in human lives, and as such should be made an every day part of lives. A lack of adequate water content in the human body results in dehydration which in many cases may result in swellings in the brain, seizures and kidney failure. Drinking adequate water can help one avoid such complications. Water helps in the  breaking down of food which in turn helps in the digestion thereof.

Water helps to improve the circulation of oxygen throughout the body. It cleans toxins in the blood and the entire body and this results in clear skin because essential vitamins and minerals are transported easily.

About 60% of the body is made up of water. Cartilage, found in joints and the disks of the spine, contain around 80 percent water. Long-term dehydration can reduce the joints’ shock-absorbing ability, leading to joint pain. The bowel needs water to work properly. Dehydration can also lead to digestive problems, constipation, and an overly acidic stomach. This increases the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers. A lack of water can cause blood to become thicker, but drinking water decreases blood pressure.

All these should be enough motivation for you to drink water… If you start if you haven’t, what are you waiting for? .

International Gospel Music Stars Converge in Ghana for Judah Worship Live Event

A day to remember in gospel music history as Judah Worship brought together gospel music ministers from across the world for a live worship recording.

The live worship recording took place in Ghana and had gospel music lovers gathered in numbers to worship together with the stars. With live performances in its purest form; Host and American gospel artiste, Michael Stuckey and his ensemble of special guest artistes Eben, MOG and Grace Nelson amongst others, created an atmosphere that was truly reminiscent of heaven on earth, as they each came on stage one after the other, glorifying God in their different ways and styles of singing.

The goal of Judah Worship is to create a place where worshippers can gather in a secure environment, as it aims to assist music ministers form across the globe to fulfil their call; including music ministers that serve in worship teams, media, sound, dance and instrumentalists.

Michael broke into the gospel music scene in the mid-2010s after bringing into the industry a turn-around on traditional gospel, bringing life to the old-fashioned church music, making it bright and soulful with modern elements. According to him, “worship is a thread that weaves through history and culture and brings believers from all over the world together, and all throughout time worship has done this without fail, celebrating the goodness and faithfulness of God always”.
