The collaboration project between worship heavyweights, Elevation Worship and Maverick City Worship, continues to break records worldwide.

Following the release of Their joint album titled “Old Church Basement” which became the most streamed in a day with the most first-day album streams, it hit the Billboard Top 200 charts at number 31. They have also claimed spots on numerous Top 100 mainstream charts in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Switzerland.

The aim of this collaboration which featured worship leaderssuch as Dante Bowe, Chandler Moore, Naomi Raine, Brandon Lake, Joe L. Barnes, Tiffany Hudson, Chris Brown, and Amanda Lindsey Cook and others, was to bring people back to a place of worship and to serve as a reminder that God is still good and the church is still His idea.

Maverick City Music was launched in Atlanta in 2018 by Tony Brown and Jonathan Jay, with a goal to help amplify less popular voices, as well as to create a convergence of, and collaborations between successful veterans and brand new rising talent.

Elevation Worship, which is led by Wade Joye and Chris Brown, already had four independent albums to its credit, prior to the collaboration with Maverick city.
