About the movie
Wild Faith is an emotional tale that follows the life of Emmet (Shane Hagedorn), a Civil War veteran who returns home to a hero’s welcome but harbors resentment towards the townspeople who mistreat him after his wife’s passing. Despite this, he chooses to shelter Haddie (Lauren LaStrada) and her daughter, who happen to be black and free from slavery, in his home. As a result of this, a budding romance develops between Emmet and Haddie, causing the neighbors to become even more bigoted toward them.
